Synopsis

Jess has twenty minutes to decide if she should give-up teaching and take a new job, prompting the gang to recall how they all landed in their current professions.

• The title of the episode is named after the Mexican rock band, "Maná", extremely famous song "Clavado en un bar", which is played by the jukebox on the bar, while Nick gives to Jess the ending of his story in a piece of paper.
• Nick tell Jess that he did pass the California State Bar Exam before he became a bartender.
• Jess's first person she taught was Cece, when they were both in middle school. It's also when they first became friends.
• Jess's first teaching job was at Portland Country School.
• Cece says she is 31 years old.
